Due to abuse of this facility by certain selfish individuals determined to waste the time of others, we have regretably been persuaded to curtail this priviledge. These cowardly individuals know who they are, hiding under the cloak of cyberspace, to perpetrate these acts which serve no worthwhile purpose. From this time onwards, the reporting of abusive messages by concerned parties is no longer available. The webmaster will, however, take it upon himself to remove any messages which he considers to be inappropriate.
